We are looking for an experienced Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our busy automotive workshop in Southport.

This is a sales-focused role — not a traditional reception or administration position.

You will be responsible for handling incoming customer enquiries, identifying what the customer needs, recommending suitable products and services, providing quotes and converting enquiries into sales and bookings.

You will manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection, including phone and counter enquiries, quoting, bookings, ordering tyres and parts, invoicing and taking payment.

We are looking for someone who is confident talking to customers, has strong automotive knowledge.

You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace, managing multiple priorities and using your own initiative without needing constant direction.

Key responsibilities





- Handle incoming customer enquiries and convert enquiries into sales and bookings
- Discuss products and pricing with customers
- Manage phone and counter enquiries

- Provide quoting and bookings

- Order tyres and parts
- Process invoicing and take payment

About you

- Honest and reliable work ethic
- Previous sales experience is highly desirable
- Automotive experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Comfortable discussing products and pricing
- Able to think on your feet

- Strong problem solving skills
- Able to communicate with customers
- Work well in a team
- Can apply common sense to tasks

- Has leadership skills
