At ADP, we're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing sales team and play a critical role in driving growth.

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound activities.

This permanent full-time role is based in our new state-of-art Head Office located in Cremorne (only 400m walk from Richmond Train Station). We offer hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote).

To be considered for this exciting and rewarding career opportunity, you will have:-

- A passion for Sales. A clear desire to progress your Sales career with a global leader.
- Exceptional communication skills. You are enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated and confident. You remain calm under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Previous Telemarketer/SDR experience an advantage but not essential.
