About the role

As a Sales Representative at ATF Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and expansion. Based in Cardiff Newcastle, this full-time position will see you responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, while servicing and maintaining our existing client base. You will work closely with the broader team to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities

- Generating repeat and new business, including cold calling

- Building the ATF Direct brand within the Newcastle & Central Coast market

- Winning tenders and quotes

- Developing tailored solutions to service customer requirements

- Weekly reporting on Business and Market Activity

- Servicing our existing client base

- Site inspections and on-site consultations

About you

- Proven sales experience, with previous exposure to hire, construction, civil, and/or government would be advantageous

- Construction knowledge with a focus on both the commercial and Housing Industry
- A focus on customer service and attention to detail

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Reliable transport

- Willingness to travel as required





- Sound computer skills
- The ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
- The ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities

- Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
