About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Representative to drive sales growth and expand revenue streams within our Service business. As the Service Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in leading our sales initiatives by managing client relationships, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a steady project pipeline. This role will have a strong focus on service contracts, and other high-volume waste handling equipment.

About You:

To excel in this role, you should be a motivated sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven ability to identify and convert service opportunities. The ideal candidate will have:

- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience in service sales, account management, business development,



or a similar customer-facing role.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with the ability to identify customer needs and present tailored service solutions.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts, sales opportunities, and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working within manufacturing, construction, facilities management, environmental services, or related industries is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Office 365, CRM systems, and sales pipeline management tools.
- A demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering ongoing client partnerships.
