About the role

Revolvashade is a Gold Coast manufacturer of premium cantilever umbrellas. Most of our customers are homeowners looking for quality shade for their patio, pool or backyard. We also supply cafes, restaurants, resorts and commercial venues, and work with a network of dealers. Demand is growing, and we need a sales person to help us keep up with it.

You will handle enquiries, help customers choose the right umbrella for their space, prepare quotes and follow up leads. You will then take orders through to delivery and installation. You will be the main contact for your customers, so clear communication and reliable follow-through matter.

What you will do

- Respond to new enquiries by phone, email and web form, mainly from homeowners
- Advise customers on the right umbrella size, colour and base for their space
- Prepare and follow up quotes
- Handle commercial and hospitality enquiries and support our dealers with product information, orders and stock availability
- Work with the workshop and installation team to keep delivery and install dates accurate
- Keep customer records and pipeline notes up to date

About you





- Previous sales or customer service experience, ideally in outdoor products, building products, furniture, pools or home improvement
- Comfortable dealing with homeowners and explaining a higher-value purchase clearly
- Confident on the phone and in writing
- Organised, and good at following up without being chased
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and learning new ones
- Own car and a current driver's licence
- Able to start immediately
