This is a Sales & Brand Rep role with Panda Drinks Australia on the Gold Coast. You'll help take Panda to the next level by making the brand impossible to miss across the region. You'll be out there getting Panda into bottle shops, bars, pubs, restaurants and venues; building genuine relationships with customers; finding new opportunities; and growing existing accounts.
This role goes beyond sales — you'll work directly with the founders to help plan tastings, events, venue activations, promotions and local partnerships that get cans in hands and turn customers into Panda fans.
Key responsibilities
- New business development across the Gold Coast
- Manage bottle shop, bar, restaurant, pub and venue accounts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct regular account visits and follow-ups
- Plan and execute tastings, events and brand activations
- Identify current venues and opportunities
- Increase distribution, visibility and rate of sale
- Ensure Panda stands out in-store and in-venue
- Feed ideas and market insights back into the business
- Help build Panda into a Gold Coast drinks brand people genuinely know and love
About you
- Sales experience in the alcohol or beverage industry
- Understanding of how the trade works
- Ability to walk into a venue, start a conversation and build a relationship
- Organised enough to manage a territory but entrepreneurial enough to spot opportunities
- Motivated and driven to build
- Gold Coast based
- Alcohol industry sales experience strongly preferred
