About the role

n

The Clinical Operations & Implementation Manager- DPHC is responsible for the operational leadership, clinical governance, implementation and performance of CCPC's growing Primary Health portfolio. The role leads the delivery and mobilisation of commissioned health programs, with a focus on PHN-funded and mental health services, ensuring programs are implemented effectively, delivered safely and achieve contractual, clinical and financial service outcomes.

Working closely with the Director – Consumer Directed Care & Primary Health, the role provides leadership across multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams and plays a key role in translating new funding opportunities and commissioned services into sustainable operational models.

This role will undertake a range of tasks including but not limited to the following:

- Lead and manage the efficient delivery of Primary Health programs in alignment with the operational plan, budget and contracts.
n
- Lead the mobilisation, implementation and operationalisation of recent Primary Health and PHN-funded programs, ensuring contractual milestones, workforce, systems, clinical governance, referral pathways and service delivery models are established within agreed timeframes.

- Lead geographical dispersed and multidisciplinary teams across CCPC's expanding Primary Health footprint, ensuring consistency of service quality, clinical governance, workforce capability and contractual performance.
n
- Provide leadership, supervision, and clinical guidance to the Allied health and multidisciplinary team.
n
- Collate and analyse data for monthly reporting, including contract KPIs and performance metrics.
n
- Assist with tender and grant submissions.
n
- Lead Quality and Risk management within portfolio
n
- Chair CCPCs Quality and Risk Committee (monthly)
n
- Lead accreditation and audit processes in collaboration with the Director.
n
- Represent CCPC at external meetings and interagency discussions.
n

Key Selection Criteria

n

n
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Nursing, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work or another recognised clinical discipline, with current professional registration where applicable.
n




- Substantial demonstrated experience in mental health service delivery is highly desirable.
n
- Experience managing geographically dispersed services
n
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience in a leadership position managing a similar portfolio, clinical experience or equivalent.
n
- Experience managing a team of multidisciplinary staff.
n
- Demonstrated ability to benchmark against key performance indicators and apply corrective action when required as part of contract management.
n
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and aCriminal Record Check (CRC) issued within the last 12 months, to be obtained and maintained at your own expense.
n
- A valid NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) to be obtained and maintained at your own expense.
n
