We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join our team at Beresfield Livestock.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

Able to commit to a full-time employment roster (Monday-Friday)

n

Data entry with accuracy and attention to detail

n

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

n

Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders

n

Skilled in maintaining Excel spreadsheets and databases

n

Follow up and resolve issues related to daily operations

n

Responding to queries via email and telephone in a professional manner

n

Responsible for filing and document management

n





Assess situations to ensure receipt of timely assistance

n

Able to work independently

n

Solid communication skills, both written and verbal

n

Skills and Experience Required:

n

Experience with SAGE or BASWARE is highly advantageous

n

Able to work individually and as part of a team

n

Proven ability to display initiative and make informed decisions

n
