Key Responsibilities:
n

- Operating the commercial dishwasher and efficiently washing pots, pans, utensils,
and dinnerware
n
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the dish pit and kitchen areas
n
- Assisting with rubbish removal, sweeping, mopping, and general kitchen tidying
n
- Supporting the chefs by maintaining a steady supply of clean gear during service periods
n
- Adhering strictly to health, safety, and food hygiene standards
n
