Due to continued growth and increasing guest demand, we are seeking experienced Casual Food & Beverage Attendants / Waitstaff to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals who are passionate about premium service and thrive in a fast-paced à la carte dining environment.

Working within our front-of-house team, you'll deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, menu knowledge, beverage recommendations and genuine hospitality. This role is ideal for experienced waitstaff looking to further develop their skills in premium dining, steakhouse service and cocktails.

Shifts are available across lunch, dinner, evenings and weekends.

What You'll Be Doing

- Delivering exceptional table service in a premium à la carte environment
- Guiding guests through food, wine and beverage selections
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serving food and beverages in line with premium service standards
- Preparing and serving cocktails and beverages behind the bar when required
- Creating memorable guest experiences through attentive and personalised service




- Maintaining a high standard of venue presentation and cleanliness
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
- Following food safety, RSA and workplace health and safety requirements

About You

You are passionate about hospitality, thrive in a premium dining environment and genuinely enjoy creating memorable experiences for every guest.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Previous experience as a Waiter, Food & Beverage Attendant or Section Waiter in an à la carte restaurant
- Experience working in premium dining, steakhouse, restaurant or cocktail bar environments
- Confident cocktail knowledge and experience preparing or serving cocktails
- Strong food and beverage knowledge with the ability to make recommendations
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and attention to detail
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy service environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Current RSA qualification
- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
