About the Role

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Club Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll play an significant part in delivering outstanding service across food & beverage, gaming, member services and venue operations, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver friendly and professional service across gaming, bar, café/bistro and floor operations
- Build positive relationships with members and guests through genuine hospitality
- Maintain high presentation, cleanliness and service standards throughout the venue
- Assist with day-to-day club operations and support various departments as required
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues with a positive, solutions-focused approach
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve operational goals
- Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG and venue policies and procedures




- Reliable transport required due to limited public transport availability after hours

About You

- Previous experience in hospitality, gaming or customer service roles
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Reliable, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Well-presented with a professional and friendly approach
- Current RSA & RCG certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
