They are completing a large scale ERP transformation over the next 2 years and are looking to add a Principal Architect specialising with Oracle Fusion to their program. This is a pivotal role within the organisation and will be a driver in multiple technical disciplines moving forward.

Description

- Develop and implement architectural strategies to align with business goals.
- Successfully contribute to the ERP transformation to Oracle Fusion, maintaining a multi-modular approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver technology solutions.
- Oversee the planning and execution of technology projects, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders.
- Evaluate and recommend current technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organisational policies.




- Prepare and present technical documentation and reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with architectural decisions.

Profile

A successful Principal Architect should have:

- Proven expertise in technology architecture within the Oracle environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Existing history of large scale ERP transformations with Oracle Fusion
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
