About the Role
This is a varied warehouse position that combines computer-based work with hands-on warehouse duties. You’ll be responsible for helping keep operations running smoothly while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, productivity and safety.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and distributing workloads among system operators.
- Using computer systems to accurately record and manage information.
- Sorting and recording the dimensions and categories of scrap pallets.
- Performing hands-on warehouse duties, including wrapping pallets, lifting and general warehouse tasks.
- Safely lifting loads of up to 20 kg.
- Remaining focused and productive while working independently.
- Following procedures and directions accurately.
- Maintaining a high standard of workplace safety at all times.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, switched on and ready to get involved.
You will ideally have:
- Previous warehouse or storeperson experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A robust work ethic and excellent attendance.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- The ability to work independently and stay focused.
- A strong commitment to safety.
- The ability to perform physical warehouse duties.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
