MYLO is looking for an experienced

Bookings & Scheduling

team member to join our small, close-knit team at our Eagle Farm office.

This is an opportunity to bring your existing scheduling, administration and customer service experience into a role where you can

take ownership, solve problems and make a real difference to how our team operates each day .

MYLO started in Victoria and has grown to operate across VIC, NSW, SA and QLD. We provide safety compliance, property maintenance and home modification services across Australia.

A large part of our Queensland operation involves

smoke alarm inspections, installations and maintenance . Our work helps protect families, tenants and property owners by ensuring homes have properly maintained and compliant smoke alarms.

What will you be doing? You'll work closely with our Team Leader, technicians, electricians, Property Managers and tenants to coordinate daily operations and ensure our technicians have well-planned and achievable runs.

Your day will involve:

Planning and coordinating technician and electrician schedules

Allocating jobs based on geographical areas and technician availability

Liaising with Property Managers by phone and email to arrange appointments

Contacting tenants to organise inspections and manage appointment changes

Using Google Maps to plan efficient travel between properties

Supporting technicians on the road with booking enquiries and schedule changes

Resolving booking difficulties and making adjustments when priorities change

Adding urgent or additional jobs to technician runs when required

Maintaining accurate booking information and spreadsheets

Working within our CRM, Salesforce





Working with the wider team to keep the day's operations running smoothly

What we're looking for We're looking for someone who knows scheduling and enjoys it.

You will ideally have experience in scheduling, rostering, dispatch, coordination or a similar role, along with strong administration and customer service skills.

You'll be someone who:

Enjoys planning and organising

Can confidently manage competing priorities

Is comfortable making decisions and solving problems

Has excellent attention to detail

Communicates well with customers, Property Managers and technicians

Can work independently while contributing to a close-knit team

Has a good understanding of Brisbane and Queensland suburbs and travel distances

Is confident using Microsoft Office and Excel

Has experience with a CRM such as Salesforce, or is comfortable learning new systems

Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in getting the job done properly
