About the Role As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will:

Manage and coordinate staff rosters across a national workforce

Respond to operational changes and last-minute staffing requirements

Ensure shifts are filled in line with client needs and compliance requirements

Communicate with frontline employees and stakeholders in real-time

Work within a high-volume, fast-paced operations environment

What We’re Looking For

Experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce planning (highly regarded)

Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise under pressure

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Availability to work either

day shifts or after-hours shifts

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
