This is an excellent opportunity to manage a well-established residential portfolio within a stable, supportive environment. Key responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of residential properties

Building robust relationships with landlords and tenants

Conducting routine inspections and preparing reports

Coordinating repairs and maintenance

Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears

Handling tenancy enquiries and resolving issues

Preparing entry and exit documentation

Ensuring compliance with current Queensland legislation





Working closely with the wider property management team

About You

Previous experience managing a residential portfolio

A current Queensland real estate registration

Strong communication and relationship-management skills

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

A calm, solutions-focused approach

Confidence using property management software

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
