You will map labour demand to venue schedules, build segmentation and forecasting models, and support discovery of advanced workforce tooling, partnering with the BEX team to deliver data-driven staffing decisions across Australia. You'll translate insights for Publicans and Area Managers, track benefit metrics post-implementation,
