Customer Experience Specialist

to join our Retail – Creation Homes Team.

You’ll own the customer journey from Sales Acceptance through to Site Start — the central point of contact who keeps HIA Building Contracts moving, chases down councils, certifiers and finance providers, and makes sure every customer file has a clear next step. What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as the primary point of contact for customers from Sales Acceptance to Site Start, delivering a seamless, qualified pre-construction experience

Preparing, coordinating and executing HIA Building Contracts and supporting documentation — right-first-time, every time

Proactively driving your pipeline: clear next actions, due dates, and zero stagnant files

Liaising with councils, certifiers,



developers and finance providers to keep approvals and permits moving

Partnering closely with Sales, Estimating, Drafting, Colour Selections, Construction and Finance to remove roadblocks

Escalating risks early — to protect both the customer experience and the build timeline

Maintaining accurate, audit-ready records across your CRM and workflow systems

What You’ll Bring

Experience in residential construction, ideally with a volume home builder

Solid understanding of pre‑construction / pre‑site processes and QLD planning, approval and certification requirements

Experience preparing HIA contracts and REIQ documentation

Confidence managing a high‑volume, deadline-driven pipeline with multiple stakeholders

Exceptional attention to detail — this role is judged on documentation quality as much as customer rapport

A customer‑first mindset paired with genuine ownership and follow‑through

Comfort using CRM and workflow management systems

What’s on Offer

$85,000–$95,000 + Super, based on experience

Full-time, Monday to Friday — no weekend work
