Job Description

The Living Company in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced FP&A; Manager to own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for our Student Living and BTR assets. You will partner with leaders across the business to translate budgets into actionable insights and drive performance.

With 7-10+ years in FP&A;, CPA/CA qualifications, and strong Excel plus Tableau/Power BI skills, you'll mentor a Senior FP&A; accountant and help shape strategic decisions in a rapid‐growing platform.
