Join our friendly Penrith team as a full-time Medical Receptionist. This role operates from Monday to Friday on a rotating roster between the hours of 6:45am - 10:00pm, with occasional Saturday shifts from 6:45am - 5:00pm.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing an important role in creating a positive and qualified patient experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
- Relevant reception experience.
- Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
