Job Description

Own and grow social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms. Plan, film, edit and post short-form content daily that drives engagement and ticket sales. Be the face of the brand on camera, creating pieces to camera, reels and short-form video. Build, launch and manage ambassador, influencer and creator programs. Grow audiences and communities across all social platforms. Develop social-first campaigns for event launches and ticket sales. Use data, AI and emerging tools to improve content performance and reach.

Key responsibilities

- Own and grow social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms
n
- Plan, film, edit and post short-form content daily that drives engagement and ticket sales
n
- Be the face of the brand on camera, creating pieces to camera, reels and short-form video
n
- Build, launch and manage ambassador, influencer and creator programs
n
- Recruit, brief and manage ambassadors and creators to generate a steady flow of user-generated content
n




- Develop social-first campaigns for event launches and ticket sales
n
- Capture content at events, launches, festivals and promotional activations
n
- Use data, AI and emerging tools to improve content performance and reach
n
- Work closely with Events, Commercial and Marketing teams
n
- Work with designer to ensure all content and marketing collateral looks young, edgy and on-brand

About you

n

- Experience in social media, content creation or creator and influencer management
n
- Confident and comfortable being on camera as the face of a brand
n
- Experience building or managing ambassador, influencer or creator programs
n
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and youth culture and trends
n
- A solid eye for what looks young, edgy and on-brand
n
- Passion for youth brands, events and entertainment
n
- Strong communication, organisation and community-building skills
n
- Interest in AI, automation and content technology
