Job Description

Lutheran Aged Care in West Albury is seeking a dedicated Food Supervisor to lead the kitchen team and deliver a high-quality, cost-effective food service for residents in line with dietary and regulatory guidelines.

Reporting to the Hotel Services Manager, you will oversee menu development, staff scheduling and ensure safe food handling while mentoring staff and supporting continuous quality improvement. This is a full time role at Yallaroo Facility.
