We are seeking experienced Registered and Enrolled Nurse's to join our Surgical Unit at Strathfield Private Hospital. Casual, part-time and full-time positions available!

n

About the Role

n

This role will see you joining our 21-bed unit, that offers a diverse specialty caseload including urology, gynaecology, orthopaedics, ENT, plastics. You will be specialising in providing postoperative care to the inpatients of the ward.

n

Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.

n

Availability to work across a rotating roster which includes AM, PM and Night shifts – 7 days a week is essential and crucial for the role.

About You

n

n
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
n
- Minimum 12 months nursing experience in a surgical speciality
n
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a supportive service.
n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong customer service focus
n
- Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient.
n
- Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities.
n




- Capable of thriving in a quick-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.

Remuneration

n

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from$40.24 - $56.52+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)
