Job Description

AlayaCare is seeking a Qualified Services Consultant (Clinical) to lead post-sale implementation of our software for clients in residential aged care. You will collaborate with clinical teams to configure workflows, deliver training, and ensure solutions meet care requirements.

You will mentor less senior staff, contribute to best practices, and progress toward independent management of complex projects while maintaining about 65% billable utilization. Hybrid work arrangement applies.
