Bunnings Group is seeking a Department Manager in Victoria to lead a 20+ person team, drive service and operations, and ensure best-in-class customer experiences. The role reports to Site Management and collaborates with multiple store teams.

You will be responsible for rostering, performance management, safety, and achieving department KPIs while championing a safe, high-volume retail workplace and ensuring strong merchandising and stock control.
