Provide legal advice and representation across a broad range of contentious matters.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct litigation and have the opportunity to appear in courts and tribunals on behalf of the State.
- Manage complex legal matters and build strong relationships with government clients and key stakeholders.
- Supervise, mentor and support junior lawyers while contributing to a collaborative team workplace.
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality legal services to the Western Australian Government.

What you need

- Experience in the conduct of litigation at all stages, from pre-action through to trial and/or settlement.
- An ability to work on matters of varying size and timescales, including long-running litigation, shortead disputes and urgent applications.
