Carlyle Medical Centre is located just inside the Carlyle Gardens Retirement Village. We are a busy family owned and operated clinic, that is dedicated to high quality healthcare. We work together to deliver great outcomes for our local community.

We are looking for an experienced registered nurse to join our team full-time. You will be leading our nurse team, managing day to day nursing operations, supporting GPs, allied health and the practice team to ensure patient care and safety meets high standards.

Key responsibilities:

- Supervise, lead, mentor, and schedule practice nurses
- Maintain clinical compliance in infection control, accreditation standards, vaccine cold chain management
- Provide training for other practice staff
- Prepare stock orders, manage stock levels,



check and maintain equipment including servicing
- Work closely with doctors, practice manager, and reception staff to ensure the clinic runs smoothly
- Provide vaccinations, iron infusions, venesections, chronic disease management – care plans, health assessments, heart health checks, ecg, spirometry, women and men’s health activities.

You would have:

- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience in working in general practice or primary care
- Solid leadership skills
- Great communication and organisation abilities
- Current CPR and First Aid
