The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Educational Leader to join an established leadership team in Adelaide's southern suburbs.
Working closely with the Centre Director and wider leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding curriculum practice, mentoring educators, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the delivery of high-quality educational programs across the service.

This position suits a confident Educational Leader who is passionate about pedagogy, enjoys coaching others, and can inspire educators to deliver engaging and meaningful learning experiences for children.

The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking candidates who are currently working as an Educational Leader or have recent Educational Leader experience.

You will bring:

- ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher
- Previous experience as an Educational Leader within Early Childhood Education and Care
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and supporting educators
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Current Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid, CPR and Child Protection training, or willingness to obtain
- Availability to work five days per week across rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm
