We’re partnering with an enterprise organisation to appoint a Senior Transformation Project Manager to lead significant business and technology transformation initiatives.

This is a senior role for a highly credible, commercially astute Project Manager who knows how to influence without authority.
You’ll work directly with C-suite executives, senior leaders and business managers, operating in an environment where priorities can be complex, stakeholders can be challenging and the path forward isn’t always clearly defined.

The successful person will be a heavy hitter — someone who can navigate organisational dynamics, challenge constructively, build trust and influence people towards change without simply telling them what to do.

You’ll need to be able to take an executive vision that the business may resist and turn it into something the business understands, supports and ultimately owns.

What You’ll Do

- Lead complex business & technology transformation projects from initiation through to implementation
- Work directly with C-suite executives and senior leaders to deliver strategic priorities
- Influence business leaders and managers without direct authority
- Navigate resistance, competing agendas and challenging stakeholder environments
- Build alignment and create genuine ownership of change across the business
- Operate confidently within strategic ambiguity and bring structure to complex situations
- Challenge assumptions and carefully prompt stakeholders towards better outcomes
- Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, budgets and delivery outcomes
- Coordinate business, IT, vendors and operational teams to ensure successful delivery
- Provide clear,



concise executive reporting and decision support

About You

- Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex transformation initiatives
- Proven experience working directly with C-suite and executive stakeholders
- Exceptional influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Highly credible and confident operating at senior levels
- Able to influence without authority and bring people with you
- Politically astute and comfortable navigating competing agendas
- A direct but polished communicator with excellent judgement
- Comfortable operating in strategic ambiguity and making sense of complex situations
- Able to challenge constructively without alienating stakeholders
- Experienced driving change where there may be significant business resistance
- Robust commercial and business acumen
- Highly autonomous and comfortable taking ownership in a small, high-impact team

Industry Experience
Experience delivering transformation or technology solutions within Tech, EdTech, FinTech, MedTech, Education or another regulated industry would be highly desirable (not essential)

You do not need to be a technical specialist. However, you must be comfortable working across technology projects and able to credibly engage with technical teams, vendors and senior business stakeholders.
