The Opportunity:
As the Finance Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the organisation’s day-to-day financial operations across multiple programs. Working closely with leadership and operational teams, you’ll help ensure financial processes run smoothly, accurately, and compliantly.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in getting the details right.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

- Managing invoices, reimbursements, participant purchases, and petty cash transactions
- Monitoring program expenditure and assisting with budget tracking
- Supporting reconciliations and resolving financial discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate financial and shift records through ShiftCare and Xero




- Assisting with reporting, forecasting, and internal finance administration
- Supporting operational teams with finance-related queries and processes
- Ensuring compliance with financial procedures and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in finance administration, accounts support, or bookkeeping
- Experience within the NDIS or community services sector highly regarded
- Robust working knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- NDIS Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
