Prospect:
A national provider of injury and disability management is looking for a Rehab Consultant to join their Sutherland team.

This role offers a strong salary of $100,000 to $120,000 depending on experience, backed by a bonus system for high performers. The focus is Same Employer Psychological services across Life Insurance, NSW workers compensation, Comcare, Lifetime Care and CTP schemes, with no vocational assessments or Different Employer case management required. That keeps the role clean and focused rather than spread across every scheme type.
Full-time is preferred, though part-time will be considered at a minimum of 4 days per week.

Location:
The role is based in Sutherland, Sydney servicing across the Sydney metro area.



A driver's licence and access to your own vehicle are needed to travel between clients and workplaces as required.

About You:
You hold general registration with AHPRA as a Registered Psychologist or full membership with ASORC as a Rehabilitation Counsellor. You have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience within occupational rehabilitation.
You communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, and you hold a current driver's licence with access to your own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial psychological and workplace assessments
Facilitate effective workplace discussions with clients and employers
Deliver vocational and rehabilitation counselling
Case conference with allied health professionals
Travel across Sydney metro for face-to-face servicing
