Description of Role
We are looking for a motivated Data Reporting Analyst to join our Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about data and reporting, with the desire to grow their skills and make an impact within a dynamic business workplace. You will support the team by generating key reports, assisting with data analysis, and contributing to the development of insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop new and continuously improve regular performance reports and dashboards based on business requirement
Deliver accurate data and regular reports to the business within the agreed timeline
Setup and maintain Skills in AI tools (like Claude) for business
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement via data visualization
Assist in data cleaning, preparation, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support the business AI transformations projects
Ownership of the administrative process of existing systems and reporting hierarchies
Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, AI, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the company's data capabilities
Assist in ad hoc project

Qualifications and skills requirements:

1-2 years’ experience in related field
SQL:



Knowledge of SQL is essential for querying databases, retrieving data, and performing basic data manipulations like filtering and aggregating information.
Excel: Proficiency in Excel is a must for a data analyst, as it's widely used for basic data analysis, creating pivot tables, performing calculations, and generating charts/graphs.
Power BI: dashboards, data modelling, relationships and clear visualisations
Data cleaning and quality checks: identify missing/inconsistent data, reconcile outputs to source systems, and document assumptions
Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes
Comfortable experimenting with AI tools (eg. Claude, Copilot) in a business context, no prior AI/ML expertise required
