Your new role
Reporting to the WHS Manager, this is a excellent opportunity to play a valued role in supporting the safety and wellbeing of our people across CMV Group. As our WHS Coordinator, you’ll help keep key WHS processes, reporting, documentation and action tracking running smoothly, while building strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business. It’s a role where your organisation, attention to detail and practical support will make a real difference every day.

What you’ll be doing

Prepare monthly Group reports and quarterly Head Office WHS Committee papers.
Coordinate, attend and minute WHS Committee meetings.
Act as a key contact for CMV WHS administrators.
Track, update and follow up corrective actions from WHS meetings, audits and reviews.
Maintain WHS spreadsheets, registers and data from internal and external sources.
Monitor the WHS Management System, WHS Team inbox and key reporting cycles.
Publish and maintain WHS documentation on the intranet and document control register.
Support WHS projects, including system improvements, document reviews, compliance activities and audit action tracking.

About you
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:





Previous experience in an administrative support role, ideally within WHS, HR or a similar setting.
Completion of Year 12, with a Certificate IV in WHS/OHS desirable or in progress.
Confidence using Microsoft 365, SharePoint and task management tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
Sound organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
A practical approach to stakeholder engagement and follow-up.
Knowledge of WHS legislation, standards and regulations would be highly regarded.
