With a solid pipeline of secured and upcoming work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of a medium-density apartment development in Melbourne.

About the Role Reporting to senior management, you will take overall responsibility for the project, managing delivery from pre-construction and procurement through construction, handover and close-out.

This is a key delivery role requiring someone with proven medium-density apartment experience who can confidently manage the commercial, programme and operational aspects of the project.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overall management and delivery of the project
- Manage programme, budget, procurement and subcontractors
- Oversee commercial performance and Contract Administration
- Work closely with the Site Manager to drive programme and construction outcomes
- Manage design coordination, consultants and project documentation




- Maintain solid client and stakeholder relationships
- Manage variations, contractual matters and project risks
- Ensure high standards across quality, safety and delivery

Job Requirements To be considered, you will ideally have:

- 8+ years' experience within the construction industry
- Proven experience delivering medium-density apartment projects
- Project Management experience with a reputable head contractor
- Strong knowledge of apartment construction methodology, sequencing and finishes
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Experience managing procurement and subcontractor packages
- Ability to manage projects from commencement through to handover
- Strong client, consultant and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant construction, engineering or building qualification preferred

Previous medium-density apartment delivery experience is essential.
