Recruitment Consultant - Nursing Division DNA Medical Recruitment – North Sydney NSW

This is more than just a recruitment job.

What You'll Do As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for growing and managing a permanent recruitment desk across Acute Care, Aged Care and Primary Healthcare.

Your day-to-day will include:

Building and developing long-term relationships with healthcare providers across Australia

Leveraging current clients

Identifying and securing new business opportunities within your market

Sourcing, screening and interviewing nurses and healthcare professionals

Understanding candidate motivations, experience and career goals

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement





Coordinating interviews, offer management and contract negotiations

Working closely with healthcare leaders, facility managers and hiring managers to understand workforce needs

Proactively marketing candidates and opportunities through calls, LinkedIn, advertising and networking

Maintaining accurate records and activity within our CRM

Achieving individual revenue targets and contributing to team success

What you'll need

Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience

End-to-end recruitment experience within permanent, agency or executive recruitment

Experience managing client relationships and developing business opportunities

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Experience using CRM and candidate management systems

A proactive, resilient and commercially minded approach

Full Australian working rights

Healthcare recruitment experience is highly regarded, however successful recruiters from other sectors who are looking to specialise are encouraged to apply.
