We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager who leads with intention, lifts others up, and brings energy, focus, and care to every shift.

Role Overview As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager to lead your team with warmth, energy and intention. Whether you’re coaching in the moment, creating standout visual displays or bringing the brand to life through genuine customer connection - you’ll help shape a store experience that stays with people long after they leave.

This is a 12-month fixed term parental leave cover.

Support day-to-day operations with purpose, care and attention to detail

Bring out the best in your team through coaching,



mentoring and feedback

Support store performance across sales, service and presentation
