About the Role The role involves operating vacuum trucks and servicing commercial customers. The successful candidate will primarily operate side-lift or front-lift trucks, with rear-lift operations also required as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Operate HR vacuum and waste collection trucks

Operate side-lift, front-lift and/ or rear-lift trucks as required

Service commercial businesses and customer sites

Safely collect and transport materials

Complete vehicle pre-starts and basic checks

Follow all site safety and operational procedures

Perform general duties associated with the role

About You To be successful, you will have:

Current HR Driver Licence mandatory

Experience operating heavy vehicles

Vacuum truck experience desirable

Side-lift, front-lift or rear-lift experience desirable

Strong safety awareness

Reliable and professional attitude

Valuable communication and customer service skills





Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Forklift Licence desirable but not essential

HR licence must cover MR, LR and C classes.

Mandatory Checks Candidates must be able to successfully complete:

Drug & Alcohol Screening (DAS)

Pre-employment Medical

Police Clearance

PPE Requirements Candidates will be required to have:

Long sleeve work shirts

Long work pants

High-vis vest

Safety glasses and gloves

Masks as required

Steel-cap safety boots

Wide-brim hat when working outdoors
