MICM Property is seeking a senior assistant OCM/Strata Manager to support the owners corporation team during a 12-month maternity leave contract. The role involves assisting managers, handling notices, agendas and minutes, updating ownership records, and supporting budget and maintenance forecasting. Travel between sites is required with a valid driver’s license. We welcome applicants who can guide junior assistants, demonstrate accuracy, and proactively resolve queries.
