DDH1 Drilling is seeking an experienced Diamond Driller for an immediate start on a 2:1 FIFO roster near Cloncurry, Queensland. We are specifically looking for a Driller with demonstrated experience operating a DRA800 or UDR1200. Previous UDR1200 drill rig experience is highly regarded and also mud rotary and diamond drilling experience. Safely operate DRA800 / UDR 1200 and Diamond drilling equipment Conduct mud rotary operations using a DR800 / UDR1200 and/or conduct Diamond drilling operations using UDR1200 drill rigs Complete daily pre-starts, inspections and preventative maintenance Perform drilling activities to client specifications and program requirements Monitor drilling performance and identify equipment or operational issues Maintain accurate drilling records and reporting Assist with equipment maintenance and servicing Ensure compliance with company, client and site safety requirements Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace conduct Work collaboratively with the drilling crew, supervisors and site personnel About You
Demonstrated Diamond Drilling experience Proven experience operating a DRA800- essential Previous UDR1200 drill rig experience highly regarded Experience working in remote drilling environments Current HR Licence or above Current First Aid Certificate National Police Clearance Cert 3 Drilling certificate Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence Ability to work effectively as part of a drilling crew Ability to work a 2:1 FIFO roster Desirable tickets include Dogging, Front End Loader, Telehandler and other relevant high-risk or site licences
