About the Role: As a BVLGARI Client Advisor, you will:

Deliver exceptional experiences — Create warm, memorable, and luxurious journeys for every client.

Drive sales excellence — Contribute to boutique success through High Jewellery, High Watches, and High End sales.

Build client relationships — Nurture loyalty through personalized service and CRM engagement.

Showcase product expertise — Guide clients with deep knowledge of our collections.

Ensure satisfaction — Handle after‑sales care with empathy and precision.

Maintain boutique standards — Uphold compliance, operations, and visual merchandising excellence.

Collaborate as a team — Share insights and best practices to elevate collective performance.





About You We’re looking for someone who:

Is a clienteling and sales expert with at least 2 years’ luxury jewellery experience.

Has a passion for delivering exceptional journeys in high‑end retail or hospitality.

Brings warmth, empathy, and an entrepreneurial spirit to every client interaction.

Thrives in a team-oriented team while nurturing their own client relationships.
