Varsity is opening its first venue in Victoria and seeks hard-working Sous Chefs and Chef de Parties to join our kitchen team across Perth venues. You will prepare and deliver outstanding food in a high-volume restaurant and pub environment, upholding Varsity's standards and food safety requirements. Daily duties include cooking to Varsity's Way, following recipes and plating guides, ensuring meals are served quickly and at the highest quality, and maintaining a sparkling, well-organised kitchen.
