Lidcombe , working in a business that invests in its people, equipment and the quality of what it produces.

THE ROLE

This is a hands‑on

Production Assistant

role where you'll help produce high-quality signage across a wide variety of projects. You'll work across:



Large-format UV printing Flatbed cutting Lamination and vinyl cutting Material preparation and finishing Packing and preparing completed signage Quality control Maintaining production equipment and keeping workflow moving You’ll be working on different projects and materials, so there is plenty of variety rather than doing the same production run every day. 12PM FRIDAY FINISHES Work 7am–4pm Monday to Thursday and finish at

OPPORTUNITY TO DEVELOP Build your technical skills across different equipment, materials and production processes while learning from experienced people around you. ABOUT YOU

You’ll have

at least 2 years' experience in some sort of production capacity

and understand signage materials or print and production processes. Idelaly you have experience with

flatbed cutters, CNC machinery or ONYX RIP software

would be highly regarded. Most importantly, you’re reliable, have strong attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work. If you’re looking for
