About You Passionate about early childhood education and child development

Confident, collaborative, and committed to delivering quality programs

Experienced in implementing the National Quality Framework in early childhood settings

For Room Leaders and Teachers: Leadership skills to mentor, guide, and inspire teams

Essential Criteria Educators : Certificate III or Diploma (or WT) qualification in Early Childhood Education

Room Leaders : Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and a minimum 1 year experience in a Room Lead role

Early Childhood Teachers : Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) with NESA registration. WT will be considered depending on experience.

Experience in an early childhood education role

Strong knowledge of National Regulations, Law, and the NQF

Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Food Hygiene, and Child Protection training

Full time work rights in Australia
