Chou International Pty Ltd – Silverwater NSW This is a hands-on role working with raw meat products in a refrigerated food production setting. The position primarily involves packaging, vacuum sealing, preparing products and general production duties. Training will be provided to the right person, with opportunities to learn additional production and processing skills over time. Key responsibilities

Vacuum sealing and packaging meat products Unpacking and repacking raw meat products Preparing products for processing and packing Labelling and preparing finished products Moving cartons, tubs and finished products Maintaining clean and organised production areas Cleaning and sanitising equipment and work areas General production and factory duties Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures About you





Reliable and punctual Hardworking with a good attitude Comfortable handling raw meat products Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (approximately 6°C) Physically capable of repetitive work and manual handling Able to follow instructions and work safely Able to maintain high food hygiene and cleanliness standards Interested in stable, ongoing work and developing additional skills Be 18 years of age or older Have unrestricted working rights in Australia Regular Monday–Friday work Daytime hours Training provided Opportunity to learn additional meat processing skills Potential opportunity for permanent employment Employee discounts on selected meat products
