Accord Care Qld Pty is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to assist a participant living in Cheltenham, Victoria, at an SDA property, providing complex support for a wheelchair- and bed-bound individual with MS. Catheter care and two-person transfers are required, with focus on dignity and safety. You will follow participant-specific plans, document accurately, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and adherence to NDIS standards.
