Key responsibilities

Working closely with travel agents and wholesalers

Creating and managing travel reservations

Providing exceptional customer service and support

Assisting with cruise, land, and Air enquiries

Building robust relationships with industry partners

About you

Minimum 2 years' retail or customer service experience

Strong communication and organisational skills

A positive, can-do attitude and team-focused approach

Passion for travel and delivering outstanding service

Cruise knowledge or experience is highly regarded

GDS experience will be considered an advantage

Full-time or part-time flexibility

Friendly, supportive team environment
