With 9 office locations across St George, the Shire and South West Sydney, we are seeking a full time Property Manager / Junior Property Manager to join our team at Brighton-Le-Sands.

What you'll be doing
Managing and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Actioning repairs and maintenance requests
Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections
Conducting routine inspections
Managing arrears and following up outstanding payments
Preparing documentation and attending NCAT when required
Taking ownership of your portfolio and delivering a high level of service
What we're looking for
Property Management experience, ideally 6 months or more
Thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
Professional presentation
A genuine passion for Property Management and delivering great results
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, essential
