Job Description

We're looking for a confident and motivated Flooring Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

n

This is a customer-facing sales role suited to someone who enjoys interiors, building and renovation, is naturally good with people, and knows how to turn an enquiry into a sale.

n

Working from our Moore Park showroom, you'll assist homeowners, designers, builders and renovators with selecting the right flooring for their projects, while managing enquiries from initial contact through to order.

The Role

- Welcoming and assisting customers in the showroom
n
- Providing advice across flooring ranges, finishes and options
n
- Preparing quotes and following up enquiries
n
- Managing leads and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
n
- Building relationships with homeowners, builders, designers and trade clients
n
- Actively following up quotes and converting opportunities into sales
n
- Coordinating with suppliers and the wider team to ensure orders run smoothly
n
- Maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation
n
- Developing robust product knowledge across flooring and installation requirements
n

About You

n

- Has previous experience in sales, flooring, interiors,



or a similar industry
n
- Is confident, personable and comfortable dealing with a wide range of customers
n
- Has strong sales instincts and enjoys working towards targets
n
- Is proactive with lead and quote follow-up
n
- Has excellent attention to detail
n
- Is organised and able to manage multiple enquiries at once
n
- Has a genuine interest in interiors, renovation and design
n

Flooring experience is highly regarded, however we're also open to a strong salesperson from the interiors, kitchen, bathroom, furniture, building or renovation industry who is keen to learn.
