Multinail Machinery is looking for an experienced Assembly Fitter to join our Stapylton workshop. If you're a qualified mechanical tradesperson who enjoys hands-on assembly work, problem-solving, and seeing a machine come together from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll work as part of our assembly team to build machinery to a high standard of quality, safety and efficiency while supporting production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll bring:
n
n
- Certificate III Mechanical Trade qualification (essential)
n
- Strong mechanical fitting and machinery assembly experience
n
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
n
- Experience assembling and hosing pneumatic systems
n
- Forklift Licence
n
- Experience with overhead gantries, rigging and lifting operations
n
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
n
- Ability to identify and solve assembly issues
n
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
n
- Team-focused attitude and willingness to assist across departments when required
n
- Flexibility to work overtime and support operational requirements when needed
n
