About the role

Box Pro is a growing shipping container sales and hire business servicing Albury, Wodonga and the surrounding region. We are looking for a reliable, motivated and customer-focused person to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our Albury depot. You'll be dealing with customers on the phone, responding to enquiries and preparing quotes, showing customers containers in the yard, organising sales and hires, operating a forklift when required and making sure the depot runs smoothly.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to take lead of a local operation and grow with the business.

Key responsibilities

- Handling incoming phone, email and face-to-face enquiries
- Selling new and used shipping containers
- Organising short and long-term container hires
- Preparing and following up customer quotations
- Showing customers containers available in the yard
- Helping customers choose the right container for their needs
- Following up enquiries and converting quotes into sales and hires
- Building relationships with local businesses, builders, trades and agricultural customers
- Processing sales and hire paperwork
- Coordinating with Head Office regarding invoicing, stock and transport





About you

- Previous sales and/or customer service experience
- A confident and friendly telephone manner
- Strong face-to-face customer service skills
- Current forklift licence – this can be obtained once employed
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Basic computer skills
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
- A practical, hands-on attitude
- Strong work ethic and reliability

Benefits

- $75,000–$80,000 base salary + super
- Performance bonus of up to approximately $10,000 per year
